About the Role...

Ready to help grow and shape the future of talent at Hilton Foods? For the love of food, we're looking for a dynamic Talent Partner to join our Asia Pacific People Team based at either our Heathwood (Brisbane) or Truganina (Melbourne) sites.

Reporting to the Head of People Services, you’ll be one of the go-to people for internal & external candidates, ensuring a top-notch experience while driving recruitment excellence across our region as well as driving the development & execution of talent management. This role will be a blend of general recruitment activity and project work as we look to strengthen our capability in internal talent programs and initiatives

Talent Acquisition: As the initial point of contact for candidates, the Talent Partner will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional experience for all applicants. You will manage a portfolio of roles including corporate and manufacturing, leading the end to end recruitment process. This role is instrumental in fostering trusted relationships with hiring managers, and partnering with senior stakeholders across Hilton Foods APAC region.

Talent Management: We’re on a journey to furthering our expertise and execution within the Talent Management space and have a busy agenda of exciting projects in formalising and building rigour in internships, apprenticeships, graduate programs as well as inclusion initiatives and how we hold & care for our top talent. In this strategic space, you will design and help to implement workforce architecture, tools & resources and programs that can be used to create depth of talent and exciting opportunities for candidates.

Your impact…

End-to-End Recruitment: Own the entire recruitment process, ensuring success every step of the way.
Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract exceptional talent for diverse roles, meeting current and future business needs, both strategic sourcing and reactive recruitment
Talent Management: Contribute experience & knowledge into the P&C Operations team to conduct regular and comprehensive talent assessment practices and procedures
Innovative Strategies: Implement fresh sourcing methods, blending traditional and creative approaches to find the best candidates, internally & externally.
Candidate Experience: Enhance the journey for applicants, ensuring smooth communication and a seamless process.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to refine recruitment strategies and build strong relationships.
External Partnerships: Build connections with universities, agencies, and industry groups to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
What we’re looking for…

Proven success in Talent Acquisition across corporate and/or manufacturing or FMCG roles.
Experience in developing and executing various internal and external talent programs such as apprenticeship, internship & graduate programs
Proven experience in producing a range of tools & resources for the business to use to strengthen our talent management practices
Strong sourcing skills, using both conventional and innovative techniques.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and engage across all levels.
Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Experience in implementing new CTS/ATS is advantageous but not essential
