We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual (he/she) to be part of Sourcing team. As part of the Sourcing team, you will play a key role in identifying and engaging top talent for current and future hiring needs. You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines, ensuring we attract high-quality candidates across various functions.
Accountabilities/Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Use multiple sourcing techniques including Boolean search, LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking to identify and engage qualified candidates
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates for various roles
• Collaborate with recruiters to understand hiring needs and role requirements
• Conduct initial outreach and screening to assess candidate fit
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Engage in talent mapping and market research to support long-term recruitment strategies
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely and professional communication
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruitment
• Provide good candidate & HM experience
Knowledge & Skills:
• 3-5 years of experience sourcing for technical roles or in a specific industry (e.g., Tech, Healthcare, Finance)
• Knowledge of employer branding strategies and candidate engagement tactics
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Sourcer or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, Stack Overflow)
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and CRM tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple roles and priorities
• Strong analytical and research skills
Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
