Covering a period of parental leave and joining a collaborative and fun team, this role will provide recruitment and HR coordination support within the Shared Services function. This is a key role to the smooth running of the business and will require someone with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, as well as excellent relationship building skills. You will use your curiosity to innovate within the team and to assist in driving continuous improvement that enhances their people experiences.
Key responsibilities:
HR Administration, documentation and records management
Co-ordinating staff learning and development opportunities
Coordination and administration support for their graduate and intern recruitment programme
Support general firm wide recruitment
Engaging with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
As well as being a confident and competent administrator, you will have:
Experience in a busy and fast paced setting
Proven experience in a varied administration/coordination role
Exposure to recruitment process/planning
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Confidence using various systems and software including the MS Office package
High level attention to detail combined with a personable and enthusiastic attitude
