Job Description
Collaborates with Learning & Talent team to support coordination and delivery of training programs (e.g. Manager Empowerment Program (MEP), Sr. Leadership Dev. Program, Leader Acceleration Program (LAP)) annual training plan, business requests for training, to drive business goals, ensure operational excellence and program growth.
Assists in updating Learning & Talent Development plans and delivery metrics for key programs and initiatives across learning and talent.
Facilitates client facing CDK training programs which includes onboarding (e.g. CDK Values sessions to new employees), and professional skills development to mid-level managers and their teams. Updates and creates materials to support the delivery of this development.
Supports the successful execution of Global Talent events, trainings and learning programs:
Provides learning event coordination/facilitator support inclusive of scheduling, event logistics including but not limited to: room set-up with materials, equipment, supplies, assisting with catering needs, and providing location event support.
Learning attendance reporting assistance from program sessions and events
Updating Learning/Talent metrics and master training calendar outlining key program metrics and cross-program objectives
Assists with Workday LMS administration, and Learning Campaign/Program creation, reporting and delivery
Provides support and coordination to learning and talent colleagues, cross-training where appropriate and documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Assists team in conducting intake assessments to design effective deliverables aligned to business request objectives and enterprise priorities.
Provides communications support with internal and external trainers, venues, suppliers delegates and managers
General administrative and clerical duties—assisting the Talent Team with ad hoc project and general administration tasks as and when required.
Act as a CDK ambassador, positioning CDKs brand and employee value proposition internally/externally
Consistently stays curious, owns it and is proactive in understanding and seeking ways to apply innovative learning and development trends, technology, and practices
Assists Talent team colleagues with reporting and impact measurement to evaluate program effectiveness
Experience/Qualifications
Minimum:
Minimum 5 years experience within learning and development, and in/or human resources roles
Strong communication skills
Facilitation ability/experience in live classroom and video delivery formats (e.g. Zoom/MS Teams) at Corporate level
Knowledge of training design and adult learning theory
Self-starter with strong organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience working with Workday, video editing, graphic design applications
Ability to work across time zones to collaborate with North America-based teammates (until 8pm local time/10am local time US)
Ability to multi-task and handle priorities across multiple projects while working efficiently and effectively under pressure in a challenging, fast-paced environment
Preferred:
Industry certifications (e.g. DiSC, Clifton Strengths)
Strong interpersonal and team-building acumen with demonstrated ability to foster productive and trusting relationships at all levels with the ability to work together and partner with others to achieve assigned projects
Ability to work independently and Own It
