Identify and generate new business opportunities by promoting our cutting-edge, innovative talent and strengths assessments, coaching, and consulting solutions to coaching organisations and corporate clients aiming to unlock potential and boost performance.

• Educational background: Any field is welcome - as long as you have strong business development or client relationship experience.
• Experience: HR, coaching, consulting, sales, or business development backgrounds are highly valued. Minimum 1 year of experience is essential.
• Qualities: Proactive, self-starter mindset; business development; relationship-building; passionate about helping people and businesses thrive.
• A deep interest in positive psychology, organisational psychology, or I/O psychology is highly desirable.
• Excited to join a supportive partner community, including quarterly catch-ups and shared learning.
