We are an emerging fashion jewellery company seeking to hire a skilled female accountant to join our dynamic team and contribute to our growth.
Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented accountant proficient in Tally + and above to handle various financial aspects of our business. As an accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial transactions and ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize your expertise in Tally to perform accounting tasks, including managing sales, inventory, and purchase module entries on a daily basis.
- Ensure strict compliance with statutory requirements for taxes, such as Service Tax, TDS, and Professional Tax.
- Accurately maintain and update sales, purchase, receipts, and payment data in Tally.
- Prepare comprehensive bank reconciliation statements and generate debtors & creditors statements.
- Efficiently process invoices, expense forms, and payment requests.
- Manage petty cash and prepare bills.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
