The Role:
Greet guests with a polished, personable approach and set the tone for an exceptional experience
Manage reservations, walk-ins, functions, and VIP bookings with confidence and efficiency
Coordinate table allocations in collaboration with the floor team to ensure smooth service flow
Handle guest inquiries and accommodate special requests with grace and attention to detail
Support front-of-house operations and assist management with admin and POS tasks
The Skills:
Prior experience as a host or in a front-of-house role within a premium dining venue
A professional, confident, and engaging demeanour
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Availability for evenings, weekends, and peak service periods
A genuine passion for hospitality, food, and creating memorable moments
