Key Responsibilities
Tax Governance & Compliance (Australia & New Zealand):
Establish and implement tax management systems for subsidiaries in Australia and New Zealand.
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including timely preparation and lodgment of income tax, BAS, FBT, and GST returns.
Group Financial Liaison:
Act as the primary liaison between overseas subsidiaries' finance departments and the Group Finance Management Center and Headquarters.
Ensure effective communication and execution of financial functions.
Regulatory Compliance:
Stay abreast of Australian and New Zealand financial policies and tax regulations.
Ensure the company's operations adhere to local tax, corporate, and regulatory requirements.
Business Partnering:
Participate in key overseas business activities, providing financial analysis and modeling to support decision-making.
Offer tax support for business development initiatives.
Internal Controls & Risk Management:
Implement and enforce internal control systems within overseas subsidiaries.
Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.
Tax Advisory:
Provide tax advice on equity arrangements, major investments, and daily operations.
Address tax implications of business activities and corporate structures.
Budgeting:
Oversee the budgeting process for local subsidiaries.
Coordinate with headquarters on budget-related matters.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in financial management roles within Australia; experience with New Zealand tax matters is advantageous.
Industry Knowledge:
Background in manufacturing preferred.
Proficiency in Australian Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) is a plus.
Certifications:
CPA Australia, Chartered Accountant (CA), ACCA, or equivalent tax-related certifications are highly desirable.
Language Skills:
Fluent in English for professional communication; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
Technical Skills:
Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in financial software and Excel.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
