Providing personalized insight and evaluation, It develops and executes a tax planning strategy for any business or individual to maximize tax deductions or reduce the total amount owed each year. Through consultation and software resources, customers can better understand their unique tax obligation, resulting in greater savings year over year with affordable support.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts - including 1040, 1120, 1120S, and Form 1065, 1041.
• Conduct tax research and analysis to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulation
• Day-to-day bookkeeping and account reconciliations in QuickBooks online
• Provide guidance on tax implications of business transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions
• Prepare financial statements and reports related to tax matters
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to gather necessary information for tax filings
• Assist with audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities
• Be familiar with GAAS and GAAP.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• CPA certification preferred
• Highly proficient in Excel
• Experience in public accounting or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
• Proficiency in financial accounting principles and practices
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
• US resident or citizen
