Your Responsibilities
• Utilize your technical expertise in products and pharmaceuticals to discover innovation opportunities for clients during engagements.
• Draft detailed technical narratives that document clients' qualifying R&D activities, analyzing complex materials like design documents and lab reports.
• Collaborate with an international team of professionals, including accountants, attorneys, and engineers, to provide high-quality analysis.
• Oversee client projects to ensure they meet expectations and deadlines while enhancing our specialized research credit technology platform.

Qualifications
• Required:
• A predicted undergraduate degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field) or in Biological Sciences (Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry), Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related IT field, paired with a strong academic record.
• For non-IT-focused individuals: Strong understanding of engineering techniques, scientific methodologies, product development, manufacturing processes, design methods, and prototyping.
• For IT/Computer Science focused individuals: Solid grasp of development technologies, cloud computing, programming languages, software architecture, algorithms, and database design.
• Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours as required.
• Reliable transportation for commuting to the EY office and client locations; a driver's license is recommended due to variable transportation options.
• Preferred:
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a proven capacity to work independently while managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Creative analytical skills and technical writing aptitude that allow you to effectively articulate innovations in clients' development projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

What We Offer

We provide a competitive compensation package tailored to your performance and contributions to the organization. The salary range for this role in the US is $75,000 - $94,000, with individual salaries reflecting education, geographic location, and market alignment.

Moreover, our Total Rewards package includes comprehensive medical and dental plans, pension and 401(k) options, and an array of paid time off. We anticipate most team members will work together in person 40-60% of the time throughout the year. With our flexible vacation policy, you decide the vacation time you require based on your personal circumstances.
