What you'll do

Value Chain Alignment (VCA) services help companies to integrate operational and tax planning in a way that allows a business to consider strategic decisions on an after-tax basis. The VCA team activities include:
Developing an understanding of how our clients operate, including building workplans and project plans
High-level benefit modeling
Creating catered presentations (C-Suite, Tax Department, HR, Systems/IT, etc.) to convey information clearly and succinctly
Project management including coordination across multiple service lines (e.g., VAT / Customs / Deloitte member firms, etc.)

Qualifications Required:
Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model that requires US Tax professionals to co-locate in person 2-3 days per week
5+ years of experience providing tax planning services or preparing and reviewing client work, preferably with a focus on international taxation
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other business-related field
Previous Big 4 experience, public accounting or consulting experience
Ability to travel up to 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
One of the following active accreditations obtained:
Licensed CPA in state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA
If not CPA eligible:
Licensed attorney
Enrolled Agent
Foreign equivalents of CPA, Licensed Attorney, or Enrolled Agent (requiring NSLL and National Tax Talent approval) .
