Work you’ll do
As an Executive in our Tax team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships. You will:
Assist FRL and RRO in compliance with the Firm’s policies on Risk and Reputation
Review of legal documents such as contracts, service agreements with the clients and subcontractors, Non-disclosure agreements, Interfirm memo etc.
Review of the Tenders, request for proposals, proposals, engagement letters submitted by the clients
Recommendation and changes required in the above mentioned documents from the legal and functional Risk and Reputation perspective, suggesting Risk Mitigation Steps
Drafting / review of contracts and agreements taking into account the functional requirements
Discussions with the client / Client legal departments to negotiate above mentioned contracts/ documents
Developing formats and templates of various types of the contracts
Preparing materials ( presentations) for workshops and training
Assisting in drafting and updating firm risk policies
Providing guidance to the engagement teams for various risk processes and policies.
Preparing Reports and conducting various testing processes to ensure the compliance.
Qualifications
Graduate
