Tax Partner | Mill Valley (On-site) | $230,000 – $275,000

This is a boutique firm by design. Small team, high touch clients, no layers to hide behind. The work is advisory led, not compliance driven. The kind of environment where clients expect you to think, not just file.
You’ll be working closely with high net worth individuals, private equity backed businesses, and complex pass-through structures. Real conversations around planning, structuring, and long term strategy, not just year end cleanup.
It’s not for everyone.
There’s no big firm safety net here. But there is something better for the right person: visibility, influence, and a clear route to ownership.
