TAX PREPARER

Company a well-established, full-service public accounting firm located in Florham Park, NJ, provides accounting, tax and financial management services for individuals and businesses. Due to continued growth, we're seeking a highly organized team player to prepare tax returns for a diverse roster of clients.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• Prepare business, individual, partnership and trust tax returns, including 1040, 1120(S), 1065 returns
• Lead engagement throughout all phases of tax including research, planning and projections
• Develop and cultivate professional relationships
Qualifications:
• Accounting degree required
• Experience preparing tax returns for businesses and individuals
• Strong knowledge of business write-up and tax preparation processes
• Fast learner with attention to detail and strong communication, organizational, analytical, client service and PC skills including Microsoft Office and QuickBooks proficiency (ProSeries tax and BNA tax projection software proficiency are a plus)
• Understanding of current tax law and how to apply laws and regulations for our clients
