Tax Preparer

We are New York based small accounting firm. We are currently seeking tax preparer to join our team

Position Summary:

The individual will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of tax returns . The position requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as good written and verbal communication skills.

Essential Job Functions:

·Assist in preparation of individual tax returns

·Assist in preparation of payroll tax return

·Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

·Preferred 0.5-1 year of experience.

·Public accounting

·High School Diploma or GED equivalent; or equivalent combination of education and experience. A degree in accounting is preferred. A good understanding of accounting principles is required along with a working knowledge of accounting software . Good written and verbal communication skills are also required. Strong attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision at all times while maintaining accuracy in all work performed.

Other Language : Chinese required

Job Types: 30-40 hours per week

Salary: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
