Job Description:This position requires a minimum of three days per week in the office.
As a Tax Senior, you will be responsible for the following:
Role will assist in the review of tax filings, K-1s
Preparation of tax estimates and projections
Preparation of tax provisions for blocker corporations
Assist with document retention, memos on reorgs and implications on year-end reporting
FATCA & CRS coordination and legal entity management, GIIN registration, coordination with PwC, SEI, and AG Client relations
State & Local coordination of legal entity registrations with state tax authorities
To be successful, these are the skills and experience you will need:
2+ years of public/private tax accounting experience
Undergraduate/Master’s degree in Accounting or Tax
Strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, as well as PowerPoint).
Financial services or Hedge Fund experience preferred.
Team player and collaborator; excellent communications skills.
Must be motivated, organized, flexible and proactive.
CPA licensed or CPA exam passed and actively pursuing licensure
