Job description
We are a premier mid-size public accounting firm with about 100 employees located in the DMV area. We have two offices in Baltimore and Columbia, MD. We deal with a multitude of medium to large entities and a host of Hight Net Worth and Ultra-High Net Worth Individuals. We have a wide range of industries that we work with including but not limited to construction, distribution, real estate, and some non-profits. We are looking to offer fully remote opportunities for members of our audit teams as part of our benefit package. We also have Half days on Fridays through the summer, retirement and profit sharing plans, uncapped bonus programs, and out busy seasons max out at the 50-60 hour range.
Our Tax team works with a wide range of HNWI individuals, and medium to large private entities ranging from about $100 million to over $1 billion in revenue a year. Some of our HNWI and UHNWIs are high profile individuals with complex returns including multiple pass through entities, estates, and trusts. There is always a new challenge to learn and grow from. We have continuous opportunities for promotion, and an early path to partnership.
