Requirements
Technical:
Qualified Chartered Accountant, Certified Public Accountant (US), or other qualified professionals in the accounting and / or tax field
Expert in Accounting and Tax work basics
Good Knowledge and Experience of MS office software is must Knowledge / Experience of US tax and auditing/Accounting work is an added advantage
Knowledge of CCh Axcess Tax, Gofileroom, Caseware is added advantage Good
Communication skills
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Ready to learn new software
Quick learner, enthusiastic, positive demeanor and a team player Ready to work long hours in busy season times
Able to meet the deadlines & work based on the urgency of the projects Relevant Experience 0-5 years
Administrative:
Complies with Firm/TAX department policies
Uses down time effectively and complying with Firm s CPE requirement.
Job Description STAFF:
Responsibilities Includes, but not limited to
Preparation of U.S
tax returns and tax write ups as required
Preparation tax TB s by passing required adjusting entries in caseware for return preparation
Organizing and bookmarking the tax data in a proper way
Build working relationships with peers and supervisors
Job Description SENIOR:
Responsibilities Includes, but not limited to
Preparation and Review U.S
tax returns viz tax returns for individuals, C and S corporations, Partnerships, Trusts, Estates, Not for profit entities etc Able to do tax research independently
Proactively initiates job
Obtain information to prepare job
Training the staff
Get staff started on job - explain job, give budget and set internal deadlines Supervise the staff's progress
