Taxation Accounts AGM logistics

Location: Delhi Roles & Responsibilities: • Tax planning (GST and Income Tax): optimizing Tax incidence of CCPL and Group cos • Advance and Self-Assessment Income Tax is paid on time and with reasonable accuracy: CCPL and Group entities • TDS and GST payments are made accurately and on time: CCPL and Group entities • All Income Tax Returns, Appeals and applications are filed on time as stipulated in the relevant Income Tax and GST Regulations • All Income Tax, Service Tax and GST related proceedings and Registrations are handled appropriately: CCPL and Group • Managing Tax Assessments • Ensuring effective Internal Financial controls for Tax efficiencies in terms of availing full ITC (GST), ensuing all the vendors file their GST Returns and pay the GST as collected from us and deposit TDS as deducted from our payments • Adherence to statutory and corporate deadlines • Financial Planning & Analysis • Preparation of Budgets • Preparation and review of Profit & Loss A/c, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and Finance MIS, including Line of Business(LOB) wise P&L, Customer-wise P&L • Finalisation of audits • Variance analysis Requirements • Qualified Chartered Accountant • 10 to 15 years of post-qualification experience in Taxation and Accounts • Specific Experience: Must have experience in working with Freight Forwarding Industry • Strong knowledge and practical work experience of National/International taxation laws/Accounting Standards • Excel at working in a team environment as well as independently, and adept at managing multiple projects at one time • Good communication skills • Skilled in working in Excel (advanced) and Microsoft Office • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Proactive approach to solving problems
