Position: Taxation Executive
Experience: 7+ Years

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Tax Compliance & Filing:
• Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST returns, Income Tax returns, and annual tax filings as per Indian tax laws.
• Manage GST notifications, ensuring smooth processing and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee TDS compliance, reconciliations, and statutory reporting.
• Tax Audits & Assessments:
• Conduct and lead tax audits, liaising with auditors and tax authorities to resolve any discrepancies.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for tax audits, assessments, and appeals.
• Provide strategic inputs to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring full legal compliance.
• Regulatory Reporting & Compliance:
• Handle CRILC RBI reporting and CIC data reporting, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
• Stay updated with changes in tax laws and implement necessary updates in the company’s tax processes.
• Ensure adherence to RBI, SEBI, and corporate taxation guidelines.
• Tax Planning & Strategy:
• Advise management and stakeholders on tax planning strategies to optimize benefits and reduce tax risks.
• Collaborate with finance teams to develop tax-efficient strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Leadership & Team Management:
• Mentor and train junior taxation professionals, improving team capabilities in taxation and compliance.
• Develop and implement internal tax policies and best practices for enhanced financial governance.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
• B.com, CA inter/ ICWA Inter or relevant qualification in Taxation/Accounting.
• 4+ years of experience in Taxation, GST compliance, and financial reporting.
• Expertise in Indian taxation laws, audits, and corporate tax strategy.
• Proficiency in tax filing software and financial reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
