With a strong internal team proficient in .NET, MERN, MEAN stacks, and recent chatbot development using OpenAI and LLaMA, we are seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of transformative AI projects.
Job Description/Roles
• Active Directory, file Server, Web Server (IIS, Apache, Nginx) and Application Server Management
• Database Server like MS-SQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, PostgreSQL installation, troubleshooting and Backup
• Installation of New Windows Server, Linux and Desktop systems
• Windows Server and Linux application/ Software like VB, C# , .net etc. installation and troubleshooting
• Basic knowledge of Public cloud management like AWS, Azure etc
• Virtual Hypervisor management like Hyper-V or Esxi
• Virtual Machine/Server management and Backup
• Troubleshooting basic server hardware and OS issues
• Assist management, patch deployment and server up-gradation
• Monitor and maintain server(s) performance and availability, troubleshooting OS issues
• Respond to end user issues that have escalated from Desktop Support
• Work on ongoing IT projects as assign
