• BU HR Generalist
• Supports all Work life tickets escalated to tier 2 for all BGS teams (triages, answers and closes tickets, monitors metrics, and partners back with Work life and HRG team on insights and opportunities) Provides employee, management and HRG counsel regarding general HR questions submitted through a GRP mailbox (including HR processes and information in Work life/Workday and ECA Case Management) Manages budget management, allocation of funds and monthly reports for Cash Awards Regulatory Exit Interviews (i.

, Conditional Exit Interview - 1 hour in-person interview) and coordination with ethics on results Mandatory Documents to carry:
