The Talent Development function exists to drive the transformation of the bank through talent and renewed rigour in all our people decisions. There are three pillars to our value proposition for our clients:
We provide Integrated frameworks for assessment, consistent talent practices and future proof learning platforms. All of this requires Governance, Process, Technology, Engagement and Financial rigour for a firm of this complexity. This is where the Shared Services team are a critical delivery arm.
By working together as an interdisciplinary team we can drive efficiency, remove duplication and ensure strong governance and oversight across all Talent and Development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and schedule project tasks to ensure timely delivery of development programs
• Manage the invoice process for training Assist in answering training queries
• Create project related quality PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets
• Support Global TD team in covering training related tasks e.g. vendor scheduling, logistics, budgeting, reporting
• Virtual Classroom Training scheduling and ‘producer’ delivery support
• Work in partnership with regional teams to execute delivery in global locations
• Support special projects on a needs basis
• Some requirement for either translation or checking translations
Skills & Qualifications:
• Good project management skills including the ability to prioritize key tasks and deliverables together with TD leads
• Experience of working with external vendors
• Experience of project process management
• Knowledge of technology applied to Learning solutions
• Knowledge of business services or have professional services experience in a global context
• Commercial experience of operating in different markets or cultures
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
• A track record of executing in time pressured environment
• Problem solving skills
• Influencing skills and strong relationship skills (e.g. effective stakeholder management)
• The ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment

• Fluent in English – German desirable.
