Job Description
In Compass Schools, we believe all teachers are, primarily teachers of children, before being teachers of subjects. Central to this role is knowing the child, building professional, nurturing and positive relationships and motivating students.
Despite being a secondary provision, we require an English Specialist who is versatile and can teach across a range of curriculum subjects from KS3, KS4 and beyond. Accordingly, this role will suit a primary or secondary trained teacher.
Additional responsibilities include deputising for the Head teacher, when she is off the premises.
