Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated, full-time Teacher for our on-site role in Chennai. The Teacher will be responsible for planning comprehensive lesson plans, delivering engaging and interactive classes, conducting assessments, and addressing the diverse educational needs of students. Collaboration with colleagues, participation in training and development programs, and regular communication with parents to discuss student progress will also be key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
Expertise in Lesson Planning and Teaching, with a strong understanding of classroom management and subject matter delivery.
Proficiency in Communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
Experience or skills in Training students as well as implementing innovative educational techniques.
A passion for Education and a commitment to fostering an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification is an advantage.
Experience in a classroom environment is preferred.
Ability to adapt teaching approaches to cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
