Information about the school
The Bridge Achievement Centre is a pupil referral unit (PRU) which offers a distinctive small school environment where each individual is well known, listened to, and encouraged to be the best they can be. Serving around 100 students (across a number of settings) enables us to maintain an inclusive and nurturing community atmosphere, where staff work with students to develop the skills, confidence and knowledge needed to reach their full potential. The Bridge Achievement Centre was inspected by Estyn in March 2022 and removed from &«special measures&ª. In this final monitoring report it was noted that, &«The strong working relationship between staff and pupils contributes positively to how well pupils respond to feedback. This impacts positively on pupils&© progress, motivation and well-being.&ª.
