ROLE DESCRIPTION:
The content developer will be responsible for developing appropriate training content for master trainers or teachers who will work in projects like Fundamental Literacy, Numeracy, Future Readiness in Kotak Education Foundation partner schools.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Teacher Content Developer will be responsible for the overall planning, designing and reviewing the content and check for instructional soundness. They are expected to perform a wide range of duties including some or all of the following:
● Creating teacher learning and training material and evaluation for various projects in Kotak Education Foundation.
● Providing constructive feedback, advice, and individual training sessions for teachers of primary school.
● Develop or translate design documents in Hindi/Marathi.
● Select appropriate teaching/training methodology.
● Organizing training sessions, workshops and events to upgrade the teaching skills of primary teachers and to track their progress thereafter.
● Developing new strategies and plans for an improved learning experience.
● Responsible for conceptualizing and creating eLearning content for teachers and students Ideation and new initiatives:
● Prepare instructional guidelines for various course content, training material, assessments, audio and video scripts, etc in Hindi/Marathi.
● Helping the team craft, refine ideas and convert them to training material.
● Improving on other people's work
● Research for the best suitable methodology and tool to meet the requirements of the team.
Educational Qualification:
Masters in Education or Bachelors in Education with Masters in any discipline but have a strong command in Hindi/Marathi.
Years of Experience:
5+ years of experience as teachers trainer apart from the experience of Foundational Literacy and numeracy teacher

Salary: Up to ₹650,000.00 per year
