Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Digital Tutor to join our team. As a Digital Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive presentations, creating and delivering content, and confidently facing the camera in an offline setting. Your expertise in these areas will be instrumental in providing effective learning experiences to our students.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Digital Media, Communication, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.
2. Experience: Proven experience in delivering presentations and content in an offline setting, with a strong ability to engage and captivate an audience. Experience in teaching or tutoring is desirable.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
4. Camera Presence: Comfortable and confident in front of the camera, with a natural ability to connect with viewers and maintain a strong presence during recorded and live sessions.
5. Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to adapt teaching methods and strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
6. Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used for online education, such as video conferencing software, learning management systems, and content creation tools.
7. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy, patience, and the ability to build rapport with students.
8. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

This is an offline position that requires the Digital Tutor to be physically present in the teaching location.
