English Language Trainers
for our partner,
Freedom Employability Academy (FEA)
which is a global NGO that trains 18-years old rural youth with a FREE 1 year training program so they can have successful careers in urban areas. They have 5+1 branches providing training to nearly 53,000+ youngsters in Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Jharkhand, Uttarakhand, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana and Bihar.

Job Requirements:

· Minimum qualification is a graduation (any subject).

· Should have own 2 wheeler/cycle and mobile phone.

· Will be required to travel and teach at different local villages.

· Job duration: 1 year for every identified village and can change as per requirement.

· Full time job: 8 hours per day anytime between 6 AM to 7 PM. Working 6 days a week.

· There will be 3 sessions of 2.5 hours (150 minutes) each day + 30 minutes administrative/operational work. Each session will have a batch of approx. 20 students.

30-36 workings days compulsory training program in Lucknow starting from 12th June, 2026. For going to Lucknow, your train ticket in sleeper coach will be booked from us.
During the training period all meals and basic lodging will be provided completely free of cost at our Lucknow Staff Training Campus. For female candidates, we can sponsor the trip of one parent/relative to accompany you, if you wish.
Training time: + AM to 6 PM.

No leave is allowed during training except Sunday.

·
A stipend of Rs. 250 per working day will be paid to you for attending our training program.
This amount will be deposited in your bank account by Thursday of every week for the number of days you attended in the preceding week.

· Appointment letter will be issued only after successful completion of the training program.

· FEA training program is intensive and requires complete focus. We provide computer room and trainer’s support to all trainees to help them learn English, digital skills and FEA curriculum so that their chances of getting this job increases.
Preparation for exams or any other commitment before or after the training hours will not be possible during the training period.

· Training visits to Lucknow for few days every 2-3 months.

· One year employment commitment required for the first year.

· If you are willing to relocate to work in a village/location that is above 20 kms from your village/location, we will pay you room rent upto Rs. 3000 per month provided you will work with us for one year.
