After-school education & remedial classes
Women empowerment initiatives
Tailoring & menstrual hygiene training
Nutrition and food support programs
Job Requirements
Graduation or relevant teaching qualification
2–3 years of teaching experience (NGO/low-income community experience preferred)
Ability to create engaging lesson plans and manage classroom activities
Strong communication and child-handling skills
Basic computer literacy (MS Office preferred)
Ability to guide and support interns/volunteers
Personal laptop, Wi-Fi, and mobile phone (if required for hybrid mode)
Flexibility to work in offline / hybrid / remote settings as needed
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily after-school classes for children (Grades 1–8)
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and learning materials
Assess students’ progress and maintain academic records
Create an inclusive, safe, and supportive learning environment
Coordinate with parents, staff, and volunteers for student development
Support foundation initiatives, events, and outreach activities
Ensure professionalism and commitment to the foundation’s mission
