Carney, Sandoe & Associates (CS&A) is an education recruitment organization that helps teachers and administrators find jobs in K-12 private, independent, and charter schools across the nation. We have placed over 33,000 teachers and administrators in schools since 1+77. Our job search service is free for job seekers and no credential or certification is needed to teach in our participating schools.
CS&A is hosting its event FORUM/DC on April 11, 2026 in Washington, DC.
FORUM/DC serves as a career fair for educators in the DMV seeking jobs in independent and like-kind schools.
At FORUM/DC, you will:
Accelerate your job search and engage with multiple schools early-on in the hiring season
Participate in 30-minute prescheduled interviews with key decision-makers
Explore a wide range of schools from across the U.S. and their available positions
