Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Teacher to join our pre-school team. As the Head Teacher, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pre-school, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for our young learners.
Responsibilities:
• Create engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that stimulate learning and curiosity.
• Supervise and support a team of teachers and assistants, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality teaching practices.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with parents , keeping them informed about their child's progress and addressing any concerns or questions.
• Be involved in training teaching staff in English communication .
• Organize and participate in parent-teacher conferences, staff meetings, and professional development activities.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven experience as an activity-based teacher, utilizing hands-on and interactive teaching methods.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Passion for early childhood education and a deep understanding of child development principles.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the pre-school.
• Knowledge of relevant educational frameworks and regulations.
• Certification in early childhood education or a related field is preferred.
