Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Karate Teacher based in Mumbai. The role involves creating and executing lesson plans for Karate classes, teaching and training students of various ages and skill levels, and providing constructive feedback to support progression. The teacher will ensure a safe and engaging learning environment while fostering students' discipline and respect for the art of Karate. The role also includes collaborating with other instructors and participating in martial arts events and demonstrations.
Qualifications
• Strong background in Lesson Planning and Education, with the ability to create effective and engaging class plans
• Proven skills in Teaching and Training various skill levels, with a focus on fostering student growth and development
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with students and parents
• Experience in martial arts instruction, with a specialization in Karate
• Demonstrated leadership and motivational abilities
• Certification or ranking in Karate is highly preferred
• Ability to ensure and promote safety during training sessions
