Under the supervision of the school principal, you will be responsible for the instruction, progress, and discipline of all pupils in assigned classes. Your role will also involve performing related duties as required.
As a key member of our educational team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of an articulated program of instruction. You will collaborate with colleagues to design engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:
Developing and implementing effective instructional strategies.
Evaluating pupil progress and maintaining accurate records.
Participating in programs to improve student attendance and promoting anti-vandalism initiatives.
Maintaining a positive and respectful classroom environment.
To succeed in this position, you must possess certain qualifications:
A valid teaching certificate(s) issued by the Illinois State Board of Education.
A valid teaching license issued by the Illinois State Board of Education.
Knowledge of subject matter consistent with state certification requirements.
Ability to modify instruction to meet student needs.
Ability to cooperate with the school faculty and administration.
