Teacher (Goregaon-based)
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate teacher to join our educational institution located in Goregaon. As a teacher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction, fostering a positive learning environment, and promoting the academic and personal development of students. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, subject matter expertise, and a commitment to the holistic growth of their students.
Responsibilities:
Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that align with the curriculum objectives, ensuring effective learning experiences for students.
Classroom Management: Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning, where students feel safe, motivated, and encouraged to participate.
Student Assessment: Regularly assess student performance and progress using a variety of assessment methods, and provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians.
Individualized Instruction: Identify and address the unique needs and learning styles of students, adapting teaching strategies and materials accordingly.
Educational Planning: Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement lesson plans, unit plans, and other educational initiatives, ensuring consistency and coherence within the curriculum.
Parent Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians, providing updates on student progress, addressing concerns, and participating in parent-teacher meetings as required.
Classroom Resources: Select and utilize appropriate teaching resources, including textbooks, technology, and supplementary materials, to enhance the learning experience.
Professional Development: Stay updated on current educational practices, attend professional development sessions, and actively engage in self-improvement to enhance teaching effectiveness.
Extra-Curricular Activities: Contribute to the school's extra-curricular programs by participating in events, clubs, or committees, fostering student involvement outside the classroom.
Student Support: Provide guidance and support to students, fostering their personal growth, and promoting positive values, character development, and overall well-being.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹13,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
