Teacher of Psychology

Full Time - Maternity Cover - Start in September or October Half-Term 2025

Prior Park College seeks to appoint an exceptional Teacher of Psychology to join our thriving department, starting either in September or at the October half-term 2025.

Human Sciences currently consists of three staff delivering A-Level Psychology and Sociology, two extremely popular and successful subjects at Prior, regularly drawing 2-3 full classes in each year group and achieving exceptional exam results.

The post-holder can expect to:

Teach exceptional and inspirational lessons in their subject discipline up to A-Level, working with other teachers, tutors and parents as needed to ensure their students make excellent progress.

Be an integral, contributing member of their Department and Faculty.

Participate actively in the Professional Growth system for teachers at Prior Park.

Participate, as appropriate, in trips, expeditions, shows and other extra-curricular activities arranged by the department.

Prior Park Gibraltar accepts day students from ages 11 to 18, teaching the UK curriculum including GCSE and A Level examinations, a modern Christian Catholic school with a maximum capacity of 260 pupils.
