Looking for experienced or certified PHONICS Educators.
Minimum Qualification:
• Graduation from a reputed university.
• B. Ed and/or teacher training programs are an added advantage.
• Command over spoken and written English
Essential Requirements
• Must have a good laptop /desktop with HD web camera and microphone
• Hi-speed Internet (Broadband or Fibre Connection is a must)
• Willingness to work from Home with focus and dedication
Responsibilities:
• Understand the vision and purpose of Bambinos.live and align with the vision
• Manage students effectively in the virtual classroom and motivate/encourage students
• Tailor teaching methods to suit the difference in the competency of students
• Monitor and assess the progress of students, setting goals for improvement
• Deliver lessons to teach the knowledge, and techniques, support and enhance the student's understanding in the subject
• Build rapport with both students and parents through effective communication
• Conduct Online Classes as per schedule, including any substitutions assigned for the day maintaining the standards of teaching and student engagement
• Effectively use different learning resources and platforms provided by the curriculum team aligned with learning objectives.
• Plan, prepare, and execute timely assessments of students
• Collaborate with other educators and SMEs virtually
• Attend training and professional development programs as and when planned
• Proactively respond to parent’s communications and concerns on the Learning Portal
• Ensure compliance and adherence to company’s policies including cyber security
• Any other responsibilities assigned from time to time
