Job Description: Teacher Trainer
Preferred: Female
• Travel includes
1. Providing feedback, advice, and individual training sessions for teachers.
2. Organizing workshops, training sessions, and events.
3. Work on duties include assisting the senior staff with teaching assignments, planning the annual curriculum, and preparing materials for each lesson.
4. Design a detailed educational curriculum, including dates, topics, and the number of hours required per course.
5. Create engaging training course content (videos, quizzes, and activities)
6. Provide manuals and guidelines on how to use online training material.
7. Follow up with trainees and instructors after each course and collect feedback.
8. Developing new strategies and plans for an improved learning experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
