Cecil Hills High School is a comprehensive coeducational high school in a growth area of south–west Sydney. The student enrolment of almost 1400 students (Year 7 to Year 12) includes 85% of students from a non–English speaking background. The school has 1% of students who identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander. The school proudly has a support unit consisting of seven classes.
