Job Title: Teacher

Job Summary:
A teacher is responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment where students can develop academically, socially, and emotionally. They design lesson plans, deliver instruction, assess student progress, and foster a supportive classroom atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lesson Planning & Instruction
Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
Use various teaching methods to engage students with different learning styles.
Integrate technology, multimedia, and hands-on activities to enhance learning.
Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
2. Classroom Management
Establish clear expectations for behavior and classroom conduct.
Maintain discipline and create a respectful and inclusive classroom culture.
Address student conflicts and behavioral issues effectively.
3. Assessment & Student Progress
Assess student understanding through assignments, tests, and projects.
Provide constructive feedback and support to improve student performance.
Maintain accurate records of student grades and progress.
4. Communication & Collaboration
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress.
Work collaboratively with other teachers, staff, and administration.
Attend staff meetings, professional development workshops, and training sessions.
5. Student Support & Development
Identify students who need additional support and provide necessary interventions.
Encourage students’ personal and academic growth.
Support students with special needs by working with support staff and following Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
State teaching certification or license.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students.
Proficiency in classroom technology and digital learning tools.
Work Environment:
Typically works in a school setting.
May involve after-school activities, grading, and lesson preparation at home.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,338.16 - ₹20,925.91 per month
