The Role;
ham College is seeking to appoint Teaching and Learning Coach to join our Teaching, Learning and Improvement Team. Key responsibilities;
Deliver high-quality coaching and professional development to teaching and curriculum staff.
Support the design and delivery of evidence-based training programmes to improve teaching, learning and assessment.
Work closely with managers and staff to identify development needs and provide targeted support.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of coaching to ensure measurable improvement in teaching practice.
Contribute to quality assurance activities such as learning walks, deep dives and lesson visits.
Support staff in integrating digital tools and AI into teaching practice.
Act as a role model for excellence in teaching and a champion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Lead on aspects of CPD, including delivery of sessions for new teachers and teacher training programmes
