P Shivani Bharadwaj runs a recognized trust called Inside Me, which is a unique initiative that aims at skilling, training & developing especially abled students with the ability to create beautiful artworks that could be monetized via different commercial platforms, auctions, and art exhibitions so that the students could realize their earning potential and live a self-sustaining and dignified life.
The projects aim to train specially-abled students aged 8-18 years in the field of arts, along with their ongoing school education, and develop their drawing and artwork capabilities to a level where their artwork is fully monetizable. The income thus generated by the sale of artifacts shall be transferred to the individual accounts of the artists thereby ensuring his/her financial self-sustenance.

About Part Time Job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Knowing your students, spend time, understand their temperament, their skills, their strength, and work with them accordingly.
• Conducting art therapy classes with students using diverse types of visual art, including drawing, sculpting, painting, ceramics, and clay modelling.
• Discussing students' artworks with them to evaluate the meaning and emotions behind the artworks
• Developing suitable art therapy ideas for students based on their needs, objectives, and preferred forms of artistic expression
• Supervising art therapy students and interns
• Maintaining detailed records of student's progress as well as observations made during art therapy sessions in computer database
• Maintaining the curriculum according to their class standards
Requirements
• Master's degree/ bachelor's degree/diploma in art/ psychology/ any other with a passion to work for society
• Sound knowledge of visual art/ excel/word, MS office
• Excellent observational and counselling skills
• Leadership and team managing qualities
• Effective communication skills. Student empathetic, and creative with innovative ideas
• Good teaching skills, which make classes interesting for pupils and encourage them to participate
