The Gully School Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons to students from diverse backgrounds in an informal or community-based school setting. The teacher will focus on basic literacy, numeracy, life skills, and creative activities to ensure holistic development of the children, many of whom may come from underprivileged communities.
Key Responsibility:
1. Plan and conduct daily lessons in subjects such as language, mathematics, science and tailored to the student's learning levels.
2. Use creative and interactive teaching methods to keep the students motivated and involved.
3. Maintain a safe, inclusive and respectful classroom environment.
4. Assess student's progress through informal test, activities and observations
5. Keep attendance records and basic reports as required by the school administration or NGO.
6. Help maintain school facilities and resources, ensuring cleanliness and order.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₹2,500.00 per month
Expected hours: 2 per week
