Job Description
Classroom Support:Preparing materials, setting up the classroom, and ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.
• Instructional Support:Assisting teachers with lesson planning, delivering instruction, and providing one-on-one or small group support to students.
• Student Support:Monitoring student progress, providing feedback to teachers, and collaborating with other staff to address student needs.
• Classroom Management:Managing student behavior, enforcing school rules, and supervising students during transitions and extracurricular activities.
• Communication and Collaboration:Communicating with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure student success.
• Specialized Support:In some cases, TAs may provide specialized support to students with special needs, including assisting with personal care tasks or adapting instructional materials.
