Contract type - Fixed-term until 31/08/2025 linked to funding
Pay Grade - Grade D3 (£22,727 FTE. This will be prorated to £7,733.30 actual per annum)
Hours - 15 hours per week - morning hours
38 weeks per year

At St Luke's C.E. Primary School, our staff team, in partnership with our Governing Body, who work hard, with passion and enthusiasm, to provide the very best opportunities and experiences for our children.

St Luke’s CE Primary school is situated on the outskirts of Northampton. We are a happy school with a strong Christian ethos. We are a 2-form entry school with 420 children on roll. St Luke’s has been a proud member of Peterborough Diocese Education Trust (PDET) since 1st November 2016 and our last Ofsted inspection, September 201+, we received good against all areas.
We are currently seeking a caring, passionate and professional Level 2 Teaching Assistant. Through this appointment, we hope to strengthen the support we provide all children, to enable their development, both academically and emotionally. We are therefore looking to appointment someone who shares in this enthusiasm and can contribute effectively to our vision.

We are seeking someone who:
Is enthusiastic, approachable, friendly and positive about their role in education and contribution to our whole school community;
Is committed to supporting, motivating and challenging the learning of children of all abilities within the classroom
Work creatively with the teacher to establish an appropriate learning environment, meeting the needs of the pupils and curriculum
Ability to work effectively, flexibly and independently
Shows initiative and creativity in different learning situations;
Is passionate about children’s learning and well-being;
Is keen to support the ethos of a Church school.
