Teaching Assistant - Part Time
A Secondary school based in Tower Hamlets East London are looking for a teaching assistant to join them on a part time basis for the remainder of the academic year. Please note this teaching assistant role will be each Thursday and Friday.

I am working with an outstanding East London secondary school who are looking to appoint a teaching assistant on a part time basis for the remainder of the academic year (July 2026).
This teaching assistant position is two days per week each Thursday and Friday. Please not the two days are fixed and cannot be changed. Any interested applicants must be able to work those specific days each week.
This role would suit Graduates who have some form of experience with young people and are looking to develop existing experience in a school setting as well as experienced teaching assistants who are looking for a part time role.
The secondary school is located in Tower Hamlets East London and the graduates work as a part of a team supporting students with SEN in a wide range of subject areas.
To be considered for this teaching assistant role you will need to have some form of paid or voluntary experience with young people and be able to commit to a part time role on Thursday and Friday each week.
The school are looking to arrange interviews/trial days ASAP.
