Teaching Associate at ‘Urban Minds Academy’ By DPC Ahmedabad
Urban Minds Academy (an initiative by DPC), aims to empower professionals in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction, Real Estate and Urban Planning through industry-focused, project & practice-oriented courses.
We look forward to have a young professional join us full time at Ahmedabad as a ‘Teaching Associate’.
Key Responsibilities: Undertake research & create content for digital learning modules including case studies, decks, reports, articles & presentations. Assist with running the educational courses including management of internal and external tasks. Contribute to team & organization-level activities such as reporting, analysis etc.
Education & Skillset Required: Postgraduation in urban domains (urban planning, Civil Engineering, Architecture) with a minimum of 2 years of work experience (experience in research and academics is preferred), should have good written & communication skills: someone who brings strong structure and organization to written and verbal content and effectively leverages existing material from various sources. Familiarity with EdTech tools is a plus.
Management Skills: Consistently meets deadlines, effectively manages own time across different tasks and identifies/resolves conflicts or roadblocks independently
Research & Data Analytics: Prioritizes structures and organizes the information effectively, using spreadsheets or simple data analysis tools where needed and ensuring adequate depth and breadth of perspectives.

Remuneration Band: INR 35,000 to 45,000 / month
