We are seeking enthusiastic and empathetic educators to join our 2-year mentorship program. As a Fellow, you will work closely with children living in disadvantaged communities, focusing on their:

• Life skills and value education
• Mindfulness and mental well-being
• Creative, activity-based learning
You will receive comprehensive training in our unique Self-Work model, gaining hands-on experience in curriculum development, and being part of a supportive community committed to holistic education.
Salary: ₹28,000 / month
Minimum Commitment: 2 Years
