KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in managing and updating our organisation's social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging and compelling content,such as posts, images, and videos, to promote our organisation's mission and programs.
• Monitor social media channels for mentions,comments, and messages, and
• respond in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with team members to develop social media campaigns and strategies to raise awareness, drive engagement, and increase followers.
• Conduct research to identify trends and best practices in social media marketing for nonprofits.
