• Planning, preparing and presenting lessons (aligned with the inbuilt Holy Grace Curriculum) that cater to the needs of the whole ability range within the class.
• Providing support and interventions for students who have additional learning needs by liasoning with the special education wing.

Motivating pupils with enthusiastic, imaginative presentation.
• Evidencing children’s work and learning in line with the Holy Grace Academy Marking and

Feedback policy.
• Being reflective of lessons taught and student progress, and adjusting planning, curriculum and continuous provision to reflect this.
• Contribute to the development of teaching and learning across the school by sharing best practices, participating in internal and external trainings and other initiatives.
• Present oneself as a positive role model and demonstrate unfailingly the positive attitudes, values and behaviour which are expected of all pupils.
• Work as part of a curriculum action group, supporting planning, assessment, resources and special events linked to that team.
• Support in organising and taking part in school events, outings and activities which may take place at weekends or in the evening.
• Communicate effectively with parents/ stakeholders regarding student achievements and student well-being using school systems/processes.
• Make a positive contribution to the wider life and ethos of the school.

WHOM WE SEEK

Experienced teachers with the below-mentioned qualifications:
• A Bachelor degree in Education/ Bachelor Degree in English literature with training/ diploma

(PGT/ TGT/ PRT)

Minimum Experience:
• Minimum 2 years’ teaching experience in handling the subject in the relevant grades

Freshers who are willing to undergo training provided by the school can also apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month

• Trichur, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
